       On December 11, we were given a final examination assignment by lecturers in the guidance and counselling class. it tasks to analyze journals, we are very confused about how to analyze journals because this is our first experience in analyzing journals. we looked for examples of analysis on Google and there we found many ways to analyze journals. This made me even more confused, so I decided to do an analysis based on my own thinking. I am not sure whether the method of analysis that I am doing is correct. But, I hope the analysis that I do gets good results.

        On December 2, the students in the language education department held the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The program starts at 08:00 a.m in the hall of the 3rd floor FTIK building, we as the committee arrived at 07:00 a.m to prepare everything needed for the event. When the clock showed at 7:45 a.m., the students began to arrive and the lecturers were invited. At 9:45 a.m., the religious lecture began and closed with a prayer. After that, the committee shared the consumption of Loddo chicken that had been ordered before and we all enjoyed it together. Hopefully, yesterday's event can add to the brotherhood between us.

The FTIK building is located next to the MTS Darussalam building, and is opposite the triple tower building, and is closer to the Darussalam Grand Mosque compared to other faculties. Even though the day had started in the afternoon, we went home and it turned out that the house was next to my house, I really didn't expect it.

I am one of the people who live in the city, although it is not too crowded but Buntok is one of the interesting cities to visit. Buntok is a peaceful city that makes me happy to live there and all the attractions there are always considered by the local government, so it is always clean and safe

       Forgetting is a condition where information that has been stored in the long-term brain memory is lost. Things like this happen very often to me, I don't know the exact cause, but things like this are very annoying to me because I often considered denying the promises I made with my friends even worse than that.

       I tried to find a way to overcome my forgetfulness but it was very difficult. A few days ago I also made the mistake of forgetting my promise to help my friend learn English in the afternoon but the promise was forgotten by me. I feel very guilty. From that incident, I tried to get rid of my forgetfulness but the results still have not changed.

           On Sunday morning at 8 am I and other e-com administrators prepared for this week's activity, which was joint learning. This week's material was determined by me and other education divisions, and the material was submitted to the tutor to be studied further. After half an hour the members began arriving and were immediately told to enter the room provided.

The teaching lasted for one hour and a half, after which members were told to go home and we as administrators conducted an evaluation of this week's activities. There are a lot of shortcomings that occur in this week's activities, especially for members who behave only slightly.        Several years ago, I was often ridiculed because my body was thin. I am often told that I suffer from malnutrition and others. I really hated all that, from all of that I was determined to make my body a little fatter. I have done various ways but it still hasn't produced results, my mother said that my lifestyle made my body not fat.

        From there I began to change my lifestyle. I used to eat instant noodles before, now I reduce and try to eat nutritious foods, which I used to be lazy to exercise now I start exercising regularly, and the results are pretty good. But after I went to college, my lifestyle began to disappear and return to its original state.

      nervous words can be interpreted as "Do or say in a state of calm, stutter, haste, and confusion". And I am a person who often feels nervous, whatever I do or say I think I can't and my confidence is very low.

     for example, at this afternoon's presentation, at first I wasn't nervous at all, but after my turn to present my paper, nervousness suddenly appeared and damaged my concentration so that what I had prepared disappeared, I tried to get rid of my nervous, but this is very difficult. I have tried many ways but nothing works, I am sure that one day I can get rid of my nervousness.

Before we were told to go forward in pairs for practice, we were told to prepare ourselves for 2 minutes, after which we were called in pairs and chose the topic for speaking practice. I feel nervous when I wait for his turn, after all this time it turns out I have the last turn, with nervousness I go forward and choose the topic then my friend and I are told to put up the material for speaking with the topic already known for 1 minute.

      Then with my confidence, my friend and I tried to do the practice to the maximum extent, after we were finished we were given a little input and then given speaking material for the next week, and we were told to make a speaking video in pairs for 3-5 minutes, after which the lecturer asked "any question?". We were silent and considered to understand what the lecturer said and then we were told to go home.

     Shame is one form of human emotion, Shame has various meanings, namely an emotion, understanding, statement, or condition experienced by humans because of an action is taken before, and then wants to be covered.

     I am one of the many shy people, whatever I do when seen by many people I will feel embarrassed. Even though I tried not to be ashamed but I seemed to reject it, this trait for me was one of the things I had to eliminate from myself, but until now I still didn't know how to get rid of it.

IAIN Palangkaraya has a lot of buildings, one of which is a library building, every day a lot of people visit it both for reading and looking for books to borrow and not even a few students do their work in the library because with them doing their assignments there, they can easily find books they want as a reference for their assignments.

The Library of IAIN palangkaraya has a lot of books that make it easier for students to complete assignments from lecturers. The library is also equipped with several air conditioners so that people don't need to worry about overheating, this library is also provided with a large parking area, and has several computers to help students find the books they are looking for.

I think library IAIN Palangka raya is one of the most complete libraries in Central Kalimantan.

     English Community is an organization that has a large number of people, members of the English community also have many competent tutors, every Sunday the activities are taught and taught, a lot of knowledge can be obtained in both academic and non-academic organizations, English community not just an organization but English community is a place to socialize and anyone who participates in that organization, I will be considered as a family, every person who enters the organization is    required to be a person who likes and wants to share with others.

    I am one of the many administrators in the English language community, I dispose of it as an edification division that organizes what schedules and materials will be trained on a weekly basis, I am also active to help events to organize big events, so that the English community increasingly exists and continues to provide the best for students in IAIN Palangka Raya.

In this article I will share the experience of being a committee at a big event, namely BUAF 3rd

On October 17, I attended the 3rd BUAF (Borneo Classification Academy Forum) as an additional committee. At 7 am we were asked to prepare the main hall for the opening ceremony and keynote speaker from Malaysia. The event was opened directly by the Chancellor of IAIN Palangkaraya (Dr. Ibnu Elmi AS.Pelu, SH.MH) After our opening as an additional committee, we were asked to take part in listening to what the keynote speakers conveyed by the vice chancellor 3 for student affairs, after attending the event until noon 11:00, a break for the dzuhur prayer.

The program continued at 1:00 p.m., with the agenda of the parallel committee speaker session spreading to the halls in the faculty building and I was assigned to the sharia faculty hall. The event lasted until 3 pm, there were many good speakers from the IAIN palangkaraya university and other universities . a lot of knowledge that I got from this parallel session, after 3:00 pm a parallel session ended, and the participants returned home to rest, then the committee was given a little direction for the continuation of this event on the 18th.

On the 18th of October the event started at 8 am, the committee was told to prepare everything for the event to run smoothly, my friend Sulianur and I delivered consumption to the halls of the event, after which I returned to assign the equipment division in the Sharia faculty hall in the parallel session to continue the event on the 17th day, the event lasted until 10:30 a.m., October 18th event was finished.
On the 19th, the event began at 7:30 am with the 3rd BUAF workshop and closing agenda, the workshop lasted for one and a half hours, after which it was followed by the closing ceremony, the closing event began around 9 am and ended at 10:30.
This event was very memorable for me personally because I could get to know other students and could ask how the teaching techniques for the lecturers were there and share information about the city of Palangka Raya. From this event, I learned a lot from the educational, social and cultural aspects

A.      Present tense

  The present tense is mostly used to identify the action of a verb as taking place in the present time. However, depending on which way we form the present tense, present tense is divided into 4 namely :

Today's activities at IAIN Palangka raya university

I wake up at 4, after that I prayer dawn then I take a shower and had breakfast right at 6:30 a.m. the power to go to campus for college. when I arrive there the lecturer still do not come after waiting 15 minutes the lecturer came and checked our attendance, for an hour and forty minutes the lecturer chased and we followed him well, then I went home for a short break, a few moments after the adhan's call to prayer immediately went to the mosque of Darussalam. after praying I went home for lunch.

at 1 pm I returned to the campus to attend the next lecture about approximately 1 hour 40 minutes the lecturer taught after that the lecture was finished and a few minutes after the Ashar call to prayer came, I rushed to the mosque of Darussalam to perform Ashar prayer in congregation. finished praying I was ready to attend the next lecture at 3 pm, just like the lecture before it was only 1 hour 40 minutes after that I went home and took a shower and prepared for evening prayer.

finished the evening prayer I had dinner while waiting for isha prayer time to arrive, after praying the saaya prayer to do the homework given by the lecturer both the papers and the usual questions collected next week I usually finish my homework at 11 pm. after that I brush my teeth and drink water and then sleep.
