The Organization

     The organization is a group of people in a container for the same aim. Organizations are also places where we can express our opinions and aspirations. Organizations are very important to form a more adult mind so, that individuals can issue all the potential that exists in them. But there are some organizations that forget their first vision and mission when they build the organization. This can be avoided by holding meetings or discussions or also evaluation to discuss the problems that occur so, that the organization can return to its goals or vision and mission.
